Delete your Bluffmio data
Ask us to erase what our servers hold for one install of Bluffmio. All you need is the install ID from the app.

Request received
If that install ID exists, its server records are erased. This page gives the same answer for every ID, so it cannot be used to look up other installs.
Your subscription is not cancelled by this request. You can close this page now.
Find your install ID
- Open Bluffmio on the phone that holds your data.
- Go to Settings, then About.
- Copy the install ID and paste it into the form.
No install ID? Bluffmio has no accounts, so we cannot look you up by name or e-mail address, and Android discards the ID when the app is uninstalled. Tell us what you need through the support page.
What gets erased
- The install record and its public key.
- Subscription verification records.
- AI usage counters.
- Reports you sent about AI answers or custom decks.
Our server never kept the text of your AI requests, so there is none to erase.
What stays
- Game data on your phone. Settings, then Delete my data clears it, and so does uninstalling.
- Anonymous sign-in. The random Firebase ID that goes with your install has no name or e-mail address. Only Settings, then Delete my data in the app deletes it.
- Your subscription. Cancel it in your Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
- Store records. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.
- Diagnostics. If you allowed analytics and crash reports, Firebase holds them under its own settings.
